Hours: 37.5 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Project Coordinator. This role is to ensure all projects run smoothly, meet KPIs set and are always to the utmost standard.
ROLE PROFILE:- Using CAD so must have working knowledge of this
- Liaise with the project manager to ensure all projects are controlled and managed effectively
- Ensure projects run on time and to cost
- Create and update all working trackers
- Read and amend complex drawings
- Lo ay existing layouts and extract key information required
- Using excel to schedule in pricing
- Speak to suppliers and place orders
- Reconcile deliveries
- Produce monthly reports with regard to invoicing
- Solve queries problems and issues if necessary
- May be required to travel to Lots of ad hoc tasks
PERSON PROFILE:- Good relationship skills - good at rapport building, able to demonstrate understanding of customer needs, able to establish, build & manage relationships
- Good interpersonal skills and flexibility - able to quickly adapt to the changes with clients
- Communicate directly well with both customers and suppliers at all levels resulting in a convincing and positive outcome
- Strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment as well as the ability to set & manage client expectations and effectively manage internal/external resource constraints
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Advanced Excel skills
- Be highly organised and great at prioritising
- Experience of managing projects
- Full Driving Licence
DESIRED CRITERIA:- CAD (if poss) 2020 knowledge
