Duration: Six month temporary contract
Location: Coalville
Salary: £22,000
Hours: 40 per week Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk and Accounts Administrator.
Role profile:- Dealing with all Accounts Payable tasks
- Supporting the Finance Team
- Inputting information accurately
- Great attention to detail required
- Dealing with accounts queries
- General ad hoc admin tasks
- Working flexibly as part of a team
- Helping other areas of the business as and when required
Person profile:- Excellent finance administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative and work independently
- Good attention to detail
Desired criteria:- Previous experience working within an accounts admin role as well as accounts payable
- Excellent customer service skills
