- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to work in a busy studio:-
Job Profile:
Working within the studio you will be providing effective support working closely with the content and editorial team to meet creative, commercial and client requirements.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:- Data administration, monitoring and reporting
- Working closely with the content and editorial team to meet creative, commercial requirements
- Source and recommend suitable people with required skills to deliver a high-quality performance on time and budget for the specific projects you are working on
- Develop and maintain a database of names detailing their skills as a go to for certain projects
- Raise and execute contracts detailing the bookings and fees
- Supported by the Post-Production Coordinator, update and maintain specifications and requirements for each person used for the projects undertaken
- Answer queries from external people
- Consult with internal editorial team and external bodies, as required
- When in the office, meet and greet visitors at the in-house studios and support overall day-to-day management of the studios
Person Specification- Excellent organisation/prioritisation and communication
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team
- Must have plenty of initiative
- Ideally be an English graduate or someone who can show their proof reading abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
