- Description
- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a candidate who has a good working knowledge of using AutoCAD 2D to join an established team and also have a mechanical background. Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30-5.30pm Friday 8.30am – 3.00pm - Flexibility on hours required
Role profile:- Sound working knowledge of engineering design principles
- To produce general arrangement drawings, layout drawings
- Knowledge of material properties
- Work to projections
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and constructions methods
Person profile:- Great attention to detail
- Go the extra mile and work longer hours as and when required – overtime maybe an hour extra here and there and a Saturday morning from time to time if required
- Problem solving skills
- Numerate with excellent experience of Microsoft Applications
Essential Criteria:- AutoCAD 2D knowledge
- Relevant experience for this role
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and SEE electrical
Desired Criteria- Knowledge of steel work would be advantageous
