SALARY: £9.44 per hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours a week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of an established and exciting Loughborough based client who is looking for an Administrator to commence immediately on a Temporary basis. This may possibly lead onto permanent employment.
The Opportunity:
To support staff within the customer services office with admin and customer service tasks in line with company policies and procedures. You will provide excellent customer service and admin service to all the team, internal staff and external clients. The main purpose of the role is to carry out customer account related administration, providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service.

Role profile:- To be the firstpoint of contact for internal and external customers responding accurately and efficiently to enquiries by telephone, post and email.
- Carry out customer requests, and transactions, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Opening and distributing incoming post.
- Producing and sending out documentation ensuring it is accurately scanned and indexed.
- Manage client data and accurately input information.
- Comply at all times with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service, systems, procedures and policies.
- To work flexibly as part of a team and undertake any other duties and provide administrative support to other areas of the business when required.
Person profile:- Outstanding administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent phone manor
Essential criteria:- A degree or at the least Maths and English GCSE’s, results C or above.
- Previous experience working in a customer care environment and handling email and telephone queries.
Desired criteria:- A background in financial customer services or an associated sector
e.g. estate agency, legal services, insurance services would be an advantage. - Experience of understanding and contributing to KPI’s and continuous service plans
