Role: Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Ref: NR4
Duration: Ongoing
Location: Shepshed and working from home
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Hours: 2 – 3 days per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate who is great with numbers and works well in a team. You must have proven accounts payable experience, be available to start immediately and be happy working from home. Laptop will be provided. Full training will be done at the office.
Role profile:- All accounts payable duties, to include match, batch and code all invoices received into the department
- Use Opera to work on all purchase ledger tasks
- Develop both internal and external relationships with customers with a helpful and efficient manner
- Act as the first point of call for any purchase ledger queries
- General administrative duties as and when required
Person profile:- Previous Accounts Payable Experience is essential
- Opera knowledge would be ideal
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Sound MS Office knowledge
