6 month FTC
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced HR Administrator for a 6 months’ contract to start immediately. This is to provide full admin support to the HR Manager and you must have similar experience to apply.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Prepare and collect all new starter and onboarding documentation, and set them up on all systems
- Administer all Right To Work documentation
- Manage of HR systems including absence notification and holidays
- Keep HR records up-to-date and compliant with local legislation, corporate policies and GDPR
- Provide support with the monthly payroll cycle, incl. preparing and verification of payroll data as required
- Prepare mail merges and email notifications
- Help with the preparation for pension trustee meetings
- Prepare all docs for HR training sessions
- Assist with EEW activities, and the create the monthly newsletter
- Support the HR team in any kind of ad hoc HR projects
PERSON PROFILE:
- Higher Education Degree
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work methodically, consistently and be a self-starter
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills including tact and discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to objectively and systematically analyse problems in order to make the most effective decisions, through logical and creative approaches
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in a busy HR admin role at a similar level
- Be able to commit to the whole 6 month contract
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Proven knowledge of HR processes
