JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Sales Administrator.
ROLE PROFILE:
To provide essential administrative services to assist the efficient operation of all functions within the Sales Department.- To process all customer orders
- Raise and issue order acknowledgements
- Raise transfer orders for orders received from France, Germany and Spain.
- Gain and keep up to date your awareness and understanding of Intrastat requirements and export declarations in co-ordination with Import/Export administrator.
- Preparation oforders in line with client requirements
- Provide cover for other internal administration functions
PERSON PROFILE:- Be effective at planning and organising, managing your time and workload.
- Be understanding of customer needs when representing the Business and the Group.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Information Technology, for example using MS Office, email, internet and bespoke systems.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Experienced administrator, ideally supporting a sales function
- Order processing experience
- Experience of directly working with customers and clients
- IT literate across the MS Office package.
