- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: To administer high quality customer service to mortgage customers and internal departments and provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Head Office.
ROLE PROFILE:- Efficient point of contact for new mortgage customers and internal departments responding to enquires and taking details.
- Liaising and providing updates with Valuers and Solicitors in relation to new mortgages.
- Daily incoming post scanning and filing documents.
- Accurately update customer data and account records.
- Apply compliance requirements relevant to the role.
- Producing and packaging customer documentation including; mortgage illustrations product maturity packs, notifying customers of the processing requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service, systems, procedures and policy to ensure they meet and reflect the Society’s core values, risk appetite and business requirements.
- To undertake any other duties or projects that may be regarded relevant to the job role.
- Previous experience of telephone based customer service/sales environment
- Previous experience of working within financial services/bank/building society
- Ability to build rapport, empathise and communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attention to detail, accurate and observant
- Strong team player.
