Hours: 8.45am – 5.00pm Mon to Fri
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator. You will be the main point of contact for all sales order enquires. This will suit somebody who enjoys a varied role with a client focus as it will encompass Order processing, talking to customers, identifying parts and liaising with the warehouse.
Please note: Initially due to Covid this role will be working from home, a laptop and mobile will be provided, with a view to returning to the office at some point.
- Processing inbound telephone calls and enquiries
- Assisting customers via telephone with product identification (full training given)
- Giving prices and processing the associated orders
- Accurately inputting of orders, part numbers and pricing
- Updating the customer data base & investigating customer queries/resolving issues
- Use of computer for identification of parts, pricing & availability – multiple systems used
Person profile:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively
• Confident in working in a team and individually
