JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a motivated, driven Business Development Consultant
The Opportunity:

ROLE PROFILE:- Maintain strong relationships with both distributors and end customers
- Present solutions to the customers that fit their needs while assuring customer satisfaction
- Collate and check information supplied by customers and distributors
- Represent the company and create opportunities to generate sales
- Support the sales team in managing new customer opportunities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple customers and sales opportunities
- Marketing duties such as creating linked in promotions
- Using Linked in as a business development tool
- Social media campaigns
- Updating the website
- Other marketing activities as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:- Motivated, proactive and able to work independently, a ‘self-starter’
- Ability to set and complete priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A natural relationship builder
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Proven ability to present solutions to clients
- Phone based communication
- Demonstrate an ability to ask the key questions of clients to generate an opportunity to present a solution
- Social media knowledge
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:- Ideally a physics or electronics degree
