Salary: £16,000 - £20,000
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a motivated, driven Customer and Sales team player.

ROLE PROFILE:- Maintain strong relationships with both distributors and end customers
- Adhere to SLAs and targets
- Present solutions to the customers that fit their needs while assuring customer satisfaction
- Collate and check information supplied by customer
- Represent the company and create opportunities to generate sales
- Answer all calls
- Sales order processing duties
- Making outgoing calls
- Developing new clients and business in general
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple customers and sales opportunities
PERSON PROFILE:- Motivated, proactive and able to work independently, a ‘self-starter’
- Ability to set and complete priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A natural relationship builder
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Proven ability to present solutions to clients
- Phone based communication
- Demonstrate an ability to ask the key questions of clients to generate an opportunity to present a solution.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:- Ideally having worked in a busy customer contact team
