EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary for approx. 6 months
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000
HOURS: Monday – Friday, full time 8am – 5pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a temporary Ledger and Accounts Assistant.
Role profile:- Reporting to Financial Director
- Preparation of purchase ledger
- Data entry for all invoices
- Reconcile purchase ledger
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Employee expenses
- Ad hoc payroll duties
- Sales ledger tasks
- Excellent time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Essential criteria:- Available immediately
- Pragmatic approach and flexible to support business in wider accounting tasks, as and when required
- Relevant experience in accounts payable
Desired criteria:- Sage 50
