SALARY: £8.65 per hour
HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (Flexible working considered)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator with excellent computer skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
The Opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to utilise their Administrative skills within a leading international company working with household brand names.
Duration:
Temporary role to start ASAP until the end of the year with potential to go permanently for the right candidate.
Role profile:- - Assist the Quality and Safety team with all administrative tasks specifically updating and maintaining internal databases and software with correct information
- - Implement and maintain electronic filing systems
- - Alter existing files to come in line with new company templates and add them to internal software
- - Examine existing databases and spreadsheets and ensure all information has been input correctly and amend where necessary
- - Ad Hoc duties as and when required
Person profile:- - Excellent attention to detail with an eye for spotting errors and correcting them
- - Have strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems and software quickly
- - Good Excel abilities
- - Ability to manage own workload with structure and discipline
- - Self-starter who enjoys taking a task in hand and seeing it through from start to finish
