HOURS:Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

VAT Compliance Administrator
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: As VAT Compliance Administrator you will be specifically in charge of reviewing and processing customer reimbursements, maintaining and developing relationships over the phone and by email with customers.
ROLE PROFILE:- On a daily basis run reports for all zero rate VAT sales invoices raised the previous day
- Credit any incorrect invoices and re-invoice out to the customer
- Liaise with customers over the phone and by email
- Any other duties as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:- Must be competent in Microsoft Office, Word and in particular Excel
- Customer Focussed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
