If you are an EU, EEA, or Swiss employee you and your family members can apply to the EUSS if you wish to continue to work, live and study in the UK after 31 December 2020.

This applies whether we leave with a deal or no deal.

Successful applicants depending on how long you have been living in the UK, will be granted either settled or pre-settled status under the scheme.
