<p>JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will have been used to working in customer facing role. This is not a hybrid role, and you will be required to work in the Loughborough Branch daily to meet and greet customers in the hall and on the counter. You will be required to have skilful conversations about savings, make referrals for financial advice, open new savings accounts and manage savings administration. Aas well as effectively handle customer money to provide withdrawals and take deposits in cash, cheque, and electronic payment.</p>

<li>Assist the operational team with writing safe systems of work</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments and understand how risks could be reduced</li>
<li>Outline safe operational procedures which identify and consider all relevant hazards</li>
<li>Maintain working practices are safe and comply with legislation</li>
<li>Preparation of H&S strategies and internal policy</li>
<li>Prepare and monitor departmental budgets </li>
<li>Keep up to date with new legislation and ensure all staff are aware of Health and Safety updates</li>
<li>Hols Health and safety meetings</li>
<li>Enlighten all interval staff about Health and Safety to highlight it to all teams</li>
<li>across the board</li>
<li>Investigate and report all accidents across all sites</li>
<li>Advise on a range of specialist areas - fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise and safeguarding machinery</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation relating to Risk Assessments are reviewed and updated</li>
<li>Review all PPE equipment</li>
<li>Ensure all machinery and tools are regularly reviews and monitored</li>
<li>Support training across the warehouse and ensure inductions are completed</li>
<li>Report on accident statistics</li>
<li>Continually improve all policies, procedures and systems using many IT packages</li>
