JOB REF: T3061
Duration: Temporary – Minimum of 6 Months
LOCATION: Ashby De La Zouch
SALARY: £18,000
HOURS: 40 hours per week
ROLE PROFILE: Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Customer Services candidate who enjoys a telesales element to their role. The candiate will be working for a well established and exciting company, with potential permanent placement (dependant on performance). in this position you will:- - Provide excellent customer service to a number of top customers
- - Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure customer expectations and forecasts are managed
- - Liaise with distribution centres to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and timescales are met
- - Build relationships with customers and a thorough understanding of the day to day running of the accounts to assist with holiday cover
- - Ensure internal KPI’s are met
- - Keep the customer up to date with any order shortages or amendments
- - Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- - A quick learner who can use own initiative
- - Excellent communication both written and verbal
- - Ability to work well in a team and be motivated and driven
- - Fantastic customer service skills
