JOB REF: 10947
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: £20,000 - £21,500 + £2,000 annual bonus depending on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is for a Customer Service Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional to work in a growing and very successful business who really look after their staff. It is a great working environment where people all work hard in a friendly and buzzing office. We are looking for great candidates who have worked in an office or within retail in a customer service and customer facing role.
 
The Opportunity:
Our client, a world leader in its industry and are seeking a candidate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail to fulfil the position within the Customer Services Team.

Role profile:
  • Order entry and processing orders
  • Some preparation of quotes
  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with customer complaints over the phone and email
  • Follow up on customer queries
  • Ability to learn numerous processes
  • Use of PC/multi-tasking/using multiple screens
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure full potential of product knowledge
 
Person profile:
  • Motivated and focused on the job at hand
  • Working in an office based environment with customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • An excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a low error rate
  • A logical approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and Access or equivalent
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Science degree or equivalent knowledge advantageous
  • Need to ensure for the first 4 weeks to fully available for training
