JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
An Aftermarket Sales Administrator who is the main point of contact for all aftermarket sales enquires. This will suit somebody who enjoys a very varied role with a client focus as it will encompass Order Processing, Placing Purchase Orders, Stock Management and Order Queries.
The role is to be one of a team of 4 people reporting to a team leader within a busy telesales environment responsible for:- -Processing inbound telephone calls and enquiries approx. 40 per person, per day.
- -Assisting customers via telephone with product identification (full training given)
- -Raising quotations and processing the associated orders
- -Accurate input of orders, part numbers and pricing
- -Updating the customer data base & Investigating customer queries/resolving issues
- -Use of computer for identification of parts, pricing & availability – Multiple systems using multiple screens
Person profile:
-Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
-Good literacy and numeracy
-Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively
-Confident in working in a team and individually
