HOURS: Full time, 40 hours - 4 days in the week plus every other Saturday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Lettings Negotiator.

Role profile:- Responsible within the team for the day to day management of a professional lettings portfolio.
- Responsible for ensuring every property is marketed effectively.
- Confidently dealing with customers over the phone and face to face, displaying very high levels of customer service.
- Viewings booked in, carried out & followed up effectively.
- Responsible for negotiating and agreeing lets with tenants & landlords.
- Coordinating Move Ins, Move Outs, Inspections and Inventories to be regularly completed.
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords regarding any defect issues and negotiating a quick and fair resolution to any problems for both the landlord and tenant.
Person profile:- Excellent attention to detail – high accuracy levels are required at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – the candidate should be able to understand issues and convey accurate information.
- Good time management & organisational skills – the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and to a deadline.
Essential criteria:- Customer orientated, the candidate should possess the ability to build rapport with both customers and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Customer focused and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Very strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and to work to strict guidelines.
Desired criteria:- Prior lettings experience would be advantageous, but it’s not essential.
