Ref: T3120
Duration: ASAP – Temporary ongoing - minimum of 3 months
Location: Loughborough area
Salary: around £11.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a global client who is looking foran experienced customer service professional.
Role profile:- - Dealing with all customer queries
- - Account management to help the managers develop sales
- - Assist with all promotional activities for new products
- - Processing orders and ensuring all quotations are monitored and reported
- - Ensuring the optimum customer service level is always achieved
Person profile:- - Confident and self motivated
- - Excellent communicator both written and oral
- - Able to demonstrate logical thinking
Essential criteria:- - Experience using Microsoft office, particularly Excel
- - Previous experience of customer service
- - Due to location must drive and have own transport
Desired criteria:
-- SAP and CRM knowledge preferable
