What rights does an Agency Worker have?
Did you know?... All Agency workers are entitled to the following, depending on your employment status:-
- National Min Wage/Living Wage
- Protection from unlawful deductions from wages
- Statutory Sick Pay
- Statutory Mat and Pat Pay, Shared Parental Pay and Adoption Pay
- Statutory holiday entitlement - 5.6 weeks a year
- Min rest breaks
- Max working time - 48 hours average a week, or you can opt out of this if you choose to
- Automatically enrolled onto a pension if you meet the required criteria
- Protection from unlawful discrimination under Equality Act 2010
- Whistleblowing protection
- H&S protections
- Right to not be charged indirect/direct fees for finding a role
