Salary: £22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client based in Loughborough town centre, our client is a well-established financial services organisation who pride themselves on offering excellent customer service in a friendly, small team and seeking a Savings Administrator to work within a customer-focussed Savings department.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with a positive, can-do attitude and ideally have experience in an administrative role.
Role profile:
- To carry out all customer account related administration
- Providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers
- Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures
- Carrying out customer requests and transactions
- Opening and distributing post
- Producing and sending out customer documentation, and assist with larger customer mailings
- Ensuring documentation is accurately scanned, indexed and entered onto the system
- Producing reports with management information
- Working flexibly as part of a team
- Helping other areas of the business as and when required
Person profile:
- Excellent customer service skills, coupled with strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
Desired criteria:
- Previous experience working within a financial company would be advantageous
- Previous administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
